Since Tuesday 14 October 2025, there has been an error with the application portal not allowing applicants to re-access their application forms after using the 'complete later' function within CiAnywhere.
Applicants are able to re-access their application via the link in their email. However, they are then unable to proceed past Step 1 of the form, with an error stating the system has timed out. This has been investigated by our technical team and unfortunately we have been unable to resolve this as quickly as we had hoped.
Whilst the problem persists, applicants are advised to use an external source (such as Word or Notes) to compile their application responses, and then copy and paste this into the application portal in one go. This will avoid having to use the 'complete later' function. The layout of the application form can be found within this information for applicants guidance.
